Style: Wheat

Tasting Notes: A light, well balanced, easy drinking summer beverage with bready/grainy notes from the wheat and pilsner malts.  This beverage also contains aromas and flavors or fruity banana and spicy clove, which is a classic ester profile for this style.

Yeast included with this kit: WB-06

Notes: With wheat making up almost 50% of this grist, it highly recommended to add a pound of Rice Hulls to the mash.  Rice hulls are not included with the kit ingredients.

Jamil recommends a step mash or decoction mash profile for this beverage to stay true to the authentic brewing methods however has provided a single infusion temperature for this beverage.  He also recommends a 90 boil.
