Return/Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please give us a call at 902-892-8052 or email me at and we'll work on it and figure out what the best course of action will be.  

If you want to return an item for any reason please contact us first.

If the item is defective, or a wrong item was inadvertently sent, East Coast Hoppers will cover the cost of return shipping postage (if applicable) should we wish to have the item returned.

If you wish to return the item because you purchased the wrong thing, you've ordered more than you needed, or for any other personal reason, you will be responsible for return shipping.

A refund or replacement will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase

Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as:

Milled malt - If you have requested that your malt be milled, once it is milled it has a finite life span and can not be returned.  This includes all grain kits with milled malts.

Opened packages of hops or yeast - once a package has been opened, unless there is some sort of defect, it can not be returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
