Please note: Starting in September 2023, I will no longer be able to accommodate local pickup and drop in sales during the weekday evenings. We will only be open on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you need your order sooner, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible. This does not affect online orders.
Adjuncts are unmalted grains and other, typically starchy items such as pumpkins or potatoes. Adjuncts don’t have any enzymes though like malted grains do so they need to be mashed with base malts to convert their starches to sugars. Some adjuncts may require cooking to make the starches available to the enzymes in the mash for conversion.
