Canada Malting rye flakes are mash-ready, lend a dry, crisp character and a strong rye flavor while improving head retention in the beverage.  Typically it is recommended to keep the usage below 10%.  Rice hulls are recommended in the mash when going over 10% to improve filterability and prevent stuck sparges.
