Tasting Notes:  A light easy drinking summer beer with citrus and orange notes from the addition of orange peel and coriander

 13.5g  Boil 60 min
Cascade  13.5g  Boil 20 min
Coriander Seed  17g  Boil 15 min
Bitter Orange Peel  23g  Boil 15 min


Yeast included with this kit: S-04

Notes:  With wheat making up almost 50% of this grist, it highly recommended to add a pound of Rice Hulls to the mash.  Rice hulls are not included with the kit ingredients.
