Chocolate Malt   570g  Mash 60 min
Crystal 75  340g  Mash 60 min
Smoked Malt*  230g  Mash 60 min
Perle  51g  Boil 90 min
Mt. Hood  14g  Boil 15 min

*original recipe had 28g peated malt however I don't carry that malt and this is such a small quantity that it would never be noticed so I subbed for smoked malt and adjusted the qty to 1/2 lb for a subtle smoky note
