Tasting Notes: IPA where the malt takes a backseat to the hops with piney, resinous, ctirus and tripical fruit flavors and aromas.

Pilsner   4 lb Mash 60 min
Vienna 2 lb Mash 60 min
Dextrose  0.5 lb  Boil 20 min
Warrior  21g  Boil 75 min
Centennial/Mosaic/Citra  14g/7g/7g Boil 7 min
Centennial/Mosaic/Citra 14g/21g/21g Flameout (0 min)
Amarillo/Mosaic/Citra 22g/35g/40g Whirlpool 20 min


Yeast included with this kit: US-05

Notes: add flameout hops and whirlpool for 20 minutes then chill to 82°C (180°F) and add the Whirlpool hops. Continue to whirlpool for an additional 20 minutes before chilling to pitch temp.
