Style: IPA

Tasting Notes: A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale.  The use of centennial hops offers classic IPA notes of citrus, grapefruit and a little pine.

Yeast included with this kit: US-05

Gordon recommends adding the crystal malts at the end of the mash before lautering and sparging.  He also recommends a 90 boil.
