Canada Malting Flaked Wheat is mash-ready and will greatly increase head retention and body when used in an amount as low as 8%. Wheat flakes can be used in a broad range of styles but have been used traditionally in Witbier or Hefeweizen.  Rice hulls are recommended in the mash when going over 10% to improve filterability and prevent stuck sparges.
