I understand that this kit is for all-grain brewers and requires specialized equipment to brew. Instructions and BeerSmith files are available to help determine strike and sparge volumes and temperatures. It is up to the brewer to determine if this kit is appropriate for their equipment and techniques.

Brewery: Bells Brewery

Brewery website: http://www.bellsbeer.com/

Source: Bell's General Store (also in BYO Dec 2018)

Style: DIPA

Tasting Notes: A solid grist provides the body required to support the massive additions of six different hop varities used in this beer.  The hops bring forth a strong mix of floral, grapefruit and stone fruit flavors and aromas. Finally a dextrose and honey addition bump the ABV up but keep the body from getting too heavy.
