Tasting Notes: A solid grist provides the body required to support the massive additions of six different hop varities used in this beverage. The hops bring forth a strong mix of floral, grapefruit and stone fruit flavors and aromas. Finally a dextrose and honey addition bump the ABV up but keep the body from getting too heavy.

Notes: 75 minute boil time recommended. Pre-boil OG should be around 1.068, if not adjust with some dextrose. At flameout, add dextrose and honey (honey not included with this kit) with the flameout hops and whirlpool for a couple minutes. Allow the wort stand for 15 minutes before chilling.
