Great Western Malting Dark Munich offers the malty flavors associated with Munich Malt combined with the caramel-like flavors associated with crystal malts.  It imparts a fair bit of color of golden to reddish hues and provides a strong malt flavor. A great malt for darker beverage recipes such as Alt, brown ale, dark ale, dark wheat, stout, dark lager, amber and bock beverage.
