This blend was created by Northwest Hop Farms where they infuse whole leaf Centennial, and locally grown spruce tips, grown without sprays, and run them through the pelletizer to make a spruce-infused hop pellet. The Spruce character is very predominant, yet at a consistent level with the centennial hops and make an amazing whirlpool and dry hop addition.
