Canada Malting Wheat Malt (picture is still OiO; I'll update shortly) is light in color and adds body and a pleasant grainy flavor while increasing head retention and lacing to any beer style. An essential component in any type of wheat/weizen beer.

It is important to note that wheat is higher in protein and beta-glucans than barley, so rice hulls are recommend to avoid stuck mashes, this becomes especially important when using >10% in the mash.
