Canada Malting Superior Pale Ale malt is made from traditional, premium grade, Canadian malting barley. It is kilned longer and a higher temperature than regular 2-row which produces a little more color and flavor.
Use at 10 – 50% will add complexity and Malt Character to beverages made from 2‐Row base malts.
