Tasting Notes: This is a dark, malt forward, featuring chocolate and toffee flavors with a pleasant dry finish.

Notes: A 90 minute boil is used for this beer.  After adding flameout hops, whirlpool for a few minutes and let stand for an additional 20 minutes before chilling.
