Brewers Best - 2g packages of paradise seeds (also known as Grains of Paradise). These have a peppery zing as well as notes of citrus & pine. Crush them lightly and use at a rate of 1/2 teaspoon for a 5 gallon batch in the last 5 minutes of the boil
