I understand that this kit is for all-grain brewers and requires specialized equipment to brew. Instructions and BeerSmith files are available to help determine strike and sparge volumes and temperatures. It is up to the brewer to determine if this kit is appropriate for their equipment and techniques.
Brewery: Heretic Brewing Company
Brewery website: http://hereticbrewing.com/
Source: BYO Sept. 2015
Style: Red IPA
Tasting Notes: This blood-red ale may not be what you expect from a malty and hoppy craft beer. Evil Twin has a rich malt character, without being overly sweet. It has a huge hop character, without being overly bitter. It is a great example of a bold, rich, balanced craft beer, without being heavy and hard to drink in quantity.
