Briess corn flakes are mash-ready and are produced from yellow corn. Used traditionally to lighten the body and flavor of the beer but can also provide depth of character and some sweetness when used in moderate quantities.  Typical beer styles include American lagers and cream ales however it can be added to any beer style. Rice hulls are recommended in the mash when going over 10% to improve filterability and prevent stuck sparges.
