Dextose is a highly fermentable sugar that is typically used as priming sugar for bottle conditioning although it can also be used to increase the ABV content in a beverage while thinning the body and contributing dryness to the mouthfeel.
Please note: Starting in September 2023, I will no longer be able to accommodate local pickup and drop in sales during the weekday evenings. We will only be open on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm.
