Briess White Sorghum Syrup is made from 100% white sorghum grain and is a great choice for producing gluten free beverages.  For established recipes this can be substituted in as a one to one replacement for conventional LME.  The flavor is mild and the color is light at only 3°L (3.3 SRM, 6.5 EBC). 

One pound in one gallon of water will produce a wort with a specific gravity of approximately 1.035

Comes in convenient 3.3lb containers.
