Bavarian Wheat is 100% pure malt extract. It is made from 65% Malted Wheat and 35% Malted Barley. Bavarian Wheat can be used in the production of extract wheat beverages, and in the production of all grain beverages to adjust color, flavor and gravity of wheat and other styles of beverage.
Store DME in a cool, dry location. Unopened bags best if used within 12 months from date of purchase. Product is hygroscopic (absorbs water from the air) so storing opened bags is not recommended.
