Ale yeast of American origin, isolated from a famous west coast microbrewery. With little ester production and a clean profile, it allows New World Hops to take center stage. The neutral aroma accentuates the hops, particularly in dry-hopped beer.

The perfect strain for West coast IPA, Stouts, Brown Ales, Pale Ales, Imperial Stouts, and much more.   Comparative Strains: American Ale, Chico
