Pilsen Light is 100% pure malted barley extract made from 99% Pilsen and 1% Carapils malt. Pilsen Light can be used in the production of all extract beverage styles and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beverages. Light in color and a gentle malty flavor.
Store DME in a cool, dry location. Unopened bags best if used within 12 months from date of purchase. Product is hygroscopic (absorbs water from the air) so storing opened bags is not recommended.
