Cryo Hops, developed by Yakima Chief Hopunion provides the most innovative technology in hop processing. Through the use of a special cryogenic separation process they are able to preserve all aspects and components of the hops. Typically twice the oil concentrations, cryo hops provide an intense hop flavor and aroma that allows brewers to get massive hop character without adding massive hop material.
When dosing you should use around only half the amount by weight.
