These stainless steel kettle bulkheads come in various shapes and sizes for all your project needs!
Two Piece Kettle Bulkhead:
This kettle bulkhead is made up of a 1/2 inch coupler and has a shorter nipple than our cooler bulkhead which makes it ideal for installing on kettles with a maximum wall thickness of 1/4 inch. It is 304 stainless steel and includes a silicone flat gasket, washer and nut.
Single Piece Kettle Bulkhead:
This kettle bulkhead is a one piece coupler and nipple. The nipple is double threaded (threaded inside for 1/2 in male NPT fittings) and outside for the nut that holds it in place. It has female NPT threaded ends for installation of 1/2 inch male NPT fittings on either side of the bulkhead.It is 304 stainless steel and includes two silicone flat gaskets, and a flanged nut. The outside nut of the bulkhead is also flanged so there is no need for washers with this bulkhead.
Single Piece Heavy Duty Kettle Bulkhead:
This kettle bulkhead is a heavy duty one piece coupler and nipple but with a longer nipple so that 1/2 inch female NPT components can be added inside the kettle. The outer nut has female NPT threading so that 1/2 inch male NPT fittings can be installed on the outside of the kettle. It is 304 stainless steel and includes two silicone oringes and a grooved nut. The outer nut is also grooved on the side facing the kettle.
A 7/8 inch hole is needed in the kettle for installation.
