Golden Light DME is 100% pure malted barley extract made from 99% 2-row and 1% Carapils. Golden Light can be used in the production of all extract beverage styles and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beverages.
Store DME in a cool, dry location. Unopened bags best if used within 12 months from date of purchase. Product is hygroscopic (absorbs water from the air) so storing opened bags is not recommended.
