This is a blend of ale and lager yeast strains. The strains work together to create a clean, crisp, light American lager-style ale. A pleasing estery aroma may be perceived from the ale yeast contribution. Hop flavors and bitterness are slightly subdued. A slight amount of sulfur is produced from the lager yeast during fermentation.

 Attenuation 75% - 80%
Flocculation Medium
ABV Tolerance Medium - High (8 - 12%)
Optimum Fermentation Temperature 18.5°C - 21°C  (65°F - 70°F)
