Traditional altbier-style yeast from Düsseldorf, Germany. Produces clean, slightly sweet alt beers. Does not accentuate hop flavor as WLP029 does.

This yeast is a great substitute for Wyeast 1007 German Ale

Alcohol Tolerance Medium (5 - 10%)
Optimum Fermentation Temperature 18.5°C - 20.5°C (65°F - 69°F)
