One of our favorite German lager yeasts! Accentuates malt character, with a reliable fermentation profile and good flocculation and diacetyl reduction. We recommend raising fermentation temperature to 15ºC toward the end of fermentation in order to ensure full attenuation and diacetyl reduction. Can be used for both traditional and fast turnaround lagers.
