Toasted oak wood chips will add complexity though woody, toasty notes and vanilla flavors which are complimentary to many styles of beverage. Unlike cubes, spirals or sticks, oak chips only require days to a few weeks to develop these flavors.
Please note: Starting in September 2023, I will no longer be able to accommodate local pickup and drop in sales during the weekday evenings. We will only be open on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm.
